It would be great if you could invite some of those 124 organizations to share their own successes (and lessons learned) on this blog!<br /><br />Also, I think there are some big differences between renters of houses vs. apartment units, as well as between "transients" vs. long-term renters. Yet I found there is very little data that documents and explore these differences. I don't like that feeling, and wish it were not the case, but I have definitely felt it myself. On the other hand, I truly believe that renters can be as committed as homeowners to their communities and their neighbors. I think building social capital is up to everyone, and sometimes, when this doesn’t happen organically, it is great that there are many organizations who will work with communities to ignite the processes.
